Pressure Points Period

WHY DO YOU LISTEN TO THAT MAN, THAT MAN'S A BALLOON

Continuation and end of my slow re-acclimation in this city that I treasure as much as the curse, which Area B was the last link in a long string to convince me once ask for all my luggage and stay.

Hiding in the depths of the 19th, this small restaurant-bar features a concert hall which no one would doubt if we should attend to that Wild Nothing . A small patio can smoke a last cigarette without haste, before lean zinc bar and order a glass of wine at a reasonable price for once. Basically, a small corridor leads to the hall itself. A thick red carpeting covers everything and remember the old squat ex-mates musicos, the bohemian life was once perfect, before they were overtaken by reality and the business school that Dad chose for themselves and finance, at the same time. All that to say that one feels immediately familiar in this place, although this is the first time we will risk our heels.

When we enter the concert of French The Twins is about to end. The audience, however limited, nodding his head gently. Just enough time to hear a song they already leaving the stage, it will teach us to screw up our lungs. What we do return, however, soon fell back to applause.
Come the turn of the four Irish Kowalski, real discovery of the evening. A slight pop, without being outdated, a sharp beat, accompanied by what to synth to simultaneously make us dance and let them wander around our mind, the dream pop indie what is the best . A relatively short concert, which is better understood when we know that they have released two EPs Are You Noisy Sunshine State and Take Care, Take Flight . Their good performance is indeed rewarded by buying it. We learn later that it was they who provided the first part of Two Door Cinema Club During their European tour. Like them they are Irish and as for them the first words that come to mind to describe their music is extremely effective and apparent simplicity. They only remains to know the same climb.
last break before the final concert. The room is almost filled, already agitated groupies in the front row, the atmosphere is becoming warmer, still burdened by the carpet surroundings. No worries, pop of Jack Tatum , the man behind Wild Nothing is more diffuse and dreamy than Kowalski. But requires third concert, the atmosphere of the room becomes more and more confined, you feel increasingly cramped, it's hard to take off and return air side that might have the album. Finally, the more time passes, the more you get used to the humidity room at the hot breath of his neighbor in his neck, it ended by letting go and finally let go, unfortunately for us the concert is already over.
